Bad experience with free trail subscription
Despite being in the middle of the free trial period, I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription. This was not communicated to me clearly when I signed up, and I feel misled. I expected to have the full trial duration to explore the app's features without being billed prematurely.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. While the behavior you describe isn't at all possible, because the trial is handled entirely on Apple's side, as a precaution we went ahead and moved away from collecting payment details, to giving people a free 7 day trial without commitment. Our newest app version additionally contains a lot of improvements, so we hope to see you back there! As for the particular issue you have experienced, unfortunately Apple does not provide a way for developers to issue cancellations or refunds. You may contact them directly to check for cancellation or refund options. Thank you for understanding.
