Unable to successfully search for vehicles 15,000 and under. With no more than 85,000
Sorting always wrong
The default sort is “best match” and I have no idea what that means. The default should be to sort from low to high price. It should also automatically remember how I search so I don’t have to constantly click the same exact filter every single time I select a new model. It’s not efficient at all. I’ve stopped using your app to search for cars because it’s so frustrating having to click the same thing over and over again.

App is not working properly
It keeps saying Edmonds review is not yet available for every car I click on. This was not an issue like two days ago. I can understand some now cars but these are cars I've just looked at a few days ago.

Can’t exclude frame damage or rentals?
Come on. This is in general a great app. But why in the world isn’t it possible to filter out cars that have (1) lemon history, (2) frame damage, (3) salvage titles, (4) rentals…??? I mean good god, those are huge red flags and I can’t even filter out those listings! That should be trivial to add to the app.

No need for license or vin
A vin or license plate number should not be required to get a used car evaluation. No longer using this app

Search features are not as good as competitors and search is currently broken. Unable to search for specific models in BMW. Saved searches are also broken.

Easiest of kbb guru and CARFAX to navigate
Just isn’t what it used to be.
Edmunds used to be the “Gold Standard” at one point. Now it feels like a website of safe tunnels. Bad search filters, all partner inventory, way more ads, slower performance, most websites have passed them in user experience. Just disappointed with their decision making.

Difficult search
The search function on Edmunds is so much more difficult and awkward than any of the competing apps/sites. Not worth the time and frustration, especially when all the same dealers are on the other apps/sites. There are only two dealers in my area that are on Edmunds but not on the other sites, and they’re dealers that are best avoided anyway…

Filter options not working
I’ve had this app for a few years now. And when going to the features section under the filter to look up additional options, like a truck that can haul 10k lbs or more, it shows a number of trucks but then says zero and shows zero. Please fix this.
Watch out!
Deleted this app immediately after it changed my settings to track my location without asking.
