Dysfunctional app
The old app was much better. I can hardly get this new one to work and I only get a white screen.
Terrible App
New app is annoying and just says wrong credentials which is incorrect and says it can’t find account and to try again later! Gives a ridiculously long reference number with no directions to use it! Had no trouble using old app.

Often “unavailable” temporarily
When it works, it’s fine. Fewer features than major bank apps, but that’s not a huge problem. What is unacceptable, is how often the app won’t even open. Not due to username/password errors, but because it is “unavailable right now”. Sometimes for an hour. Right now, going on seven hours.
Your atm never works
I will close my account bank to navy federal credit union ,they gave me a better interest for my car refinance and I don’t even have a bank account with them ,they are the best !!! and their ATM always work not like yours.

I don’t understand why I can’t ZELLE! The only financial institution that I have an active relationship that does NOT use ZELLE?!?!?!?!!
How I feel about this App
This is guiding me to a better understanding of how to handle my spending habits and how to handle the financial burden that I have created by not handling my spending habits not to mention that I don’t need to be spending more money than I should. I don’t need to get courtesy pay anymore unless I really need it and then I don’t need a lot of of it to make sure I won’t be sure this month I may take less than 200 courtesy pay to cover the coming debts that I have. I’ll talk to someone in the morning about that.

Needs Zelle Connect
App works great only one issue! It needs to be able to connect to Zelle. After March 2025 I will not be able to use Zelle app because this credit union is not recognized with the app.
Inconsistent!
I need to finally just switch banks this app is so frustrating. It locks me out and gives error messages all the time I can’t deal with having to call all the time!
Excellent Service
I opened an account about 6 months before we applied for a loan to purchase our new home. Aside from the fact that interest rates were amongst the very lowest available at the time, everyone involved made the process easy even though I had no idea what I was doing. Since then, EDFCU has helped me eliminate my credit card debt and steamline my finances. The app is super user friendly. EDFCU can be trusted with your banking needs, unlike some other financial institutions. Highly recommended!!!!

Lock cards
It would be nice if this bank would use locked cards like the rest of the banks. A lot is happening now a days we need to be able to lock out cards when they’re not in use.
