Needs Major Performance Improvements
I’ve used the Edulog app for a while now, and the biggest issue is how far behind it is when updating the bus location. As a parent, the entire purpose of the app is to know when to send your child outside safely, but the delays make it unreliable. There have been many times when the bus is much closer than the app shows, forcing us to either stand outside waiting or rush because the app hasn’t refreshed in time.
Before assuming it was our phones or cell service, I tried everything. I closed and reopened the app, force-closed it, refreshed it repeatedly, switched between Wi-Fi and cellular data, restarted multiple phones, made sure the app was updated, and even compared it across different devices. The same lag happens on every phone, which makes it clear the issue is with the app itself… not the devices or internet connection.
This app really needs some serious optimization and more frequent real-time updates. Parents rely on accurate bus tracking every school day, and right now it’s simply too slow to be dependable. I hope the developers prioritize performance improvements because the concept is great, but the execution needs significant work.

Sometimes the app will freeze on me no big deal just have to close and reopen idk if it is the connection or the app but all in all pretty good gives me peace of mind where the bus is at I like it

It constantly glitches and signs you out

Lately there have been issues where the service is down and it only gives the location of busses at the last known time, which could be hours ago.
I’ve also had issues where it will randomly show the busses location at the wrong time (so, it will show the busses location a few minutes ago, then jump back to the current time)
All-in-all, it’s an ok app and better than nothing since the school busses here are not very reliable.

Well I followed every buses in TANGIPAHOA Parish in Ponchatoula Area expecting Ponchatoula Schools as Well
Glitches OFTEN.
Even as I am trying to leave this review it took me multiple times to click on “review” for it to recognize I’m clicking on it. This app will also randomly log you out. If you don’t remember the password and for some reason iPhone doesn’t bring it up, you then have to deal with the hassle of sending a link to your email and restarting the process of getting logged in when all you are trying to do is track the bus. A lot of times when Edulog isn’t working, it will tell you last minuet when a bus has changed or if they’re experiencing glitches. My child had missed the bus a few times due to their glitches that showed the bus was in one location prior to the bus stop, when really it already came and went. The glitches need to get fixed. Period.

Good but there have been a lot of glithces scince 4/28/26
Scince 4/28/26, it has been glitching it shows that the bus is at like for example at ir bus stop and not at school yet and when I looked up the bus was there,like please get this fixed ,and also it sometimes makes us log out of our account and it takes like a day to get it back. THIS IS MY HONEST RATING
