Doesn’t work
As a parent and teacher now required to use this communication method in the district, the app freezes, doesn’t allow navigation with buttons missing, never sends confirmation codes, etc.
Before making it a REQUIREMENT for employees to use, it needs to be fixed and ready for the multiple thousands who need to download it and use daily, especially in the terrible WiFi and network connections in the KISD buildings. Especially since other methods of communication between parents and staff members have been well established before April of the school year.
