It’s super easy to use, I love the system and how much it simplifies my banking experience!
Reason for two stars.
I have an account with them and I use this app, i recently just started working about 3-4 months ago so I’m always using the app. Though, on one occasion it disabled my Face ID, so I started using my password. Not even two days later it started saying that very same password was incorrect. And now, not even 10 minutes ago (10:15pm) it completely logged out, the username and password. It also never saves the information to my phone.

Mobile app is HORRIBLE!!! Freezes often and you have to enter information more than once to sign into your account. This app is severely OUTDATED!!! EFCU get it together!!

I transferred to this bank mid last year. I didn’t any have major issues at the time aside from the confusion with Zelle. Now more than often, the app freezes way to much to the point that I can’t unlock my card. The app ALWAYS has an “error occurred”. This is ridiculous!! It’s bad enough how outdated the app is…but to constantly have an error happen is just ridiculous!! While this credit union may have its perks, I’d highly recommend rethinking this being an option. No sense of keeping an account with a bank when you can’t hardly access it!

Terrible App
Terrible app, for resetting a password or username. It won’t let you get a code on the password via email like it does on the username. In addition to the password requirements are ridiculous. My way bigger bank I mainly bank with and many others have less requirements. In addition it doesn’t tell you why you can’t use the password you want. It just says try another although you met all the requirements.
No excuse for this type of ignorance in a system that should be user friendly.

Can’t log in
This app has been giving me problems since I changed my new phone number. I’ve been calling and speaking with a service rep and they always tell me someone will get back with me and they never do. It’s been almost a month now

Great support, bad app
Interfacing with this app is a headache, but thankfully there’s a great support team to call and actually set up payments or do what needs to be done with your accounts.
Good CU but undependable online banking
Seems like the system is down when you need it most. Too many technical issues when trying to log in. This may be more of an IT issue than an App issue.

App only works 3 days a month..
App or what?
On Saturday November 4th, app started having issues. It would load finally and show balances but you couldn’t load the debts. After a minute or two a box popped up saying there was a load error and to call a number. Well waited until today after having issues all weekend. Figured there would be no one to talk to on weekend. We my husband and I called at different times of the day all day today and no one answered the phone! Then it was coming up saying the whole site was having issues. Still can’t see anything and it has been 3 days! The the heck!

App seems to be down at least once a month. Always having constant updates. Very outdated app compared to competitors. Been banking here for years and just always disappointed in the app.
