OUTSTANDING, SO FAR❗

Received the Hub in the mail this afternoon. Less than an hour later it was up and running‼
I already had the True Power Monitor and the dual sensors + the transmitter installed and working.

This company really has their act together! Everything sets up exactly like the instructions say.
I'm very impressed with them and their products‼

I can't say that about some other companies I've dealt with.

No updated to fix bugs

It's an OK app, but has a few glaring bugs, and it hasn't been updated in the months since I got it. Two biggest peeves are the graph's history scrolling doesn't work (the left arrow button just vanishes when pressed), and if the server is down, the app treats it like a bad password.

Lot's of Bugs

V1.1.2
App feels like a beta but has promise once bugs are worked out.

Bug: Day / Month calculation incorrect. Installed today and day reports one amount and month reports different. Only used one day so both figures should be identical.

Bug: when initially opening, graph does not open to current period and only show blank period.

Bug Report: frequent crashes in IOS7 on both iPhone and iPad.

Bug: night mode display cost totals are black font on black background. Cannot read totals.

Initially worked

Worked for 24 hours then stopped. Hub is stuck in test mode. No way to reset or fix the issue. Emailed efergy....no response.

Crashes iOS 7 on iPad

After entering credentials it closes. Useless on iPad.

Excellent

This app is fully functioning and I would recommend it! I had to read through the instructions to set up my e2 Engage Hub System. I have never set up a system like this before. I was able to get everything working as it should without too much difficulty. The iPhone app is pretty refined while the iPad app is quite nice but it does have hint of clunky in it. Would love to see automatic emailing at end of defined billing period with optional contents - cost, monthly consumption, over/under budget, etc. Overall, the whole system is VERY simple to install. Configuring it takes a couple passes if you're a newbie, perhaps less if you are familiar with these set-ups.
