App not working
Hi guys what happened to this app. It’s no longer working. I need to use with my dash cam
Stop working with few month
This is the worst device I have every encountered. To begin with, app stopped working after a few month, and without the app, might as well rip out entire device since you can’t view any record.
Please don’t waste your time to even consider this device….. absolute waste of time.
Ps, you many ask, is there a customer service? No, none, zero, so, go figure.

Bad service
This app only worked for me for the first few weeks after purchase. I’ve had the car for 3 years now and it never worked since. The few occasions I needed it, I could not use it. It always says there is a new version but it never actually updates the app. Would never recommend this to anyone. Pure waste of a lot of money.

Wifi
Hey guys connect it when you are near to dash cam. It is not really wifi connection I would say more like Bluetooth.
Remember you are connecting to dash cam not, wifi internet.

What a load of junk. You’d get better stuff from a rubbish tip. On top of it you cannot get new parts for it. STAY AWAY.
another app available
Rubbish app it does not connect with my cameras so how do I go about connecting with my cameras is there another app available similar to e-FOCUS it’s frustrating it won’t even update what sort of app is this 😡😡
Absolute Garbage
This app is utterly unusable. There is absolutely no support whatsoever and it’s absolute garbage. It was SUCH waste of money to buy this dash cam and its blackbox. It was usable TWICE, then it has been unusable ever since.
Can not connect to wifi
The same happened to me, just connect about 1 second then turn off
Doesn’t work
App never worked once. I keep getting a jot of stink to update and when I click it it takes me to the App Store and there is no update available ? Very poor would not recommend

It never works
This app has never worked from day one. $1600 down the drain. They installed 2 units and same thing. Nothing eleven you want it as the app just does not work when you need it and if you do an upgrade you lose the info
The only thing that works is the flashing blue lights which is a deterrent.

WiFi issues
I don’t know if it’s the dashcam or this app but the app only worked for a short time. Now I can’t connect the app to the eFocus WiFi to get the app working even though I’ve connected to e-FOCUS WiFi on my phone and the WiFi light is on, on the black box. Can someone tell me who I can contact in Australia to fix the issues? There’s limited info on the web and this webcam, app and all the issues being experienced.

Please tell me how to reset my wifi password without reaching to main device which is installed in the car and it’s not accessible without technician.
I did changed my wifi name and password when I first connected to the app because you recommended to do so but now I don’t know how access to my video because I forgot the password. Please help
