This app has made life easy. We don’t have carry any books and it has many features which makes it easy for anyone to read. I appreciate the work for the team working behind.
Problem with logging in
Hi I have deleted the app from all devices and it still says you have reached maximum device limit. Please help.

Disappointed
Slow app..seems archaic...cannot highlight sentences...though there’s a tab for bookmark, doesn’t work.. bought a few e books because of lack of space at home...seem to have made a mistake.. using an iPad..feels like am reading a pdf and not a book...pls upgrade, improve... cannot recommend it to anyone... looking forward to a better reading experience...

Slow and Non Intuitive
I have purchased e books due to having to constantly travel but I can’t read them comfortably. The app is quite slow. I have an iPad mini and the book doesn’t adjust to the change in orientation as pages get cut on the sides. Trying to take notes or highlight is not possible as selection tool is not working with the app it select only one word at a time. I would love to take notes etc. Please update and fix the bugs. The app is quite slow to load through the books as well.

Update & Upgrade Needed
Please fix the bugs and update to a more user friendly and efficient version. Since we are all relying on digital sources now, it’s about time we make this app as good as other similar apps that are used for reading books. I’m trying to highlight right now and unable to do so, more than 1 word at a time. Also there aren’t many options for highlighting and note taking. It would really help and make the usage of this app more comfortable if this can be fixed asap. Thank you so much

I have downloaded it & deleted from 3 devices - iPads and I phones , it says you have reached a maximum limit of devices. Pls help.

I bought all volumes of NHR... but it is so difficult to read in EG app. It never remembers the page. I have to remember which was the last page I read earlier and start from there... fonts are terrible.. great scope to improve the app..
Issues with EG Reader
This app needs a major update, we have to swipe pages manually the settings bar has disappeared. It’s super inconvenient to use 😑

Hi, please note that app doesn’t work properly. Most of the time screen is white blank and after killing app numerous time then it shows content.

Very Difficult to understand/Needs Improvement
While reading any book on EG reader. To go to settings or library or to show the top and bottom bar, WE HAVE TO JUST TOUCH WITH TWO FINGERS. Is this not difficult to understand? This should be made more simpler. App crashes a lot/hangs a lot. Needs a lot of improvements. It is a great medium to study but it should be flawless.

Needs huge improvements
I have been using the APP since the time it was released. Last one year it has just not worked.
1. It keeps giving me message that I have got the app installed on maximum permitted devices, and to delete it.
2. When I delete it from my iPad and reinstall on the SAME iPad it still gives the same message.
3. It does not even tell me which all devices it is installed in.
4. There is no way I can change my password. If I have forgotten it, then I guess I can forget using the APP.

Very poor App
Request the team at eternal Ganges to please upgrade the App. The same is extremely slow to load and pages don’t turn fast enough or they get stuck. Please allow the readers to make comments and also highlight the para which also takes a long time.
Impossible to use app
After the update it is very difficult to access the content on the app. If you open a VC there is no option to list content of the VC, go back to the library or skip pages. One has to swipe each page to reach the desired page. Also if one wants to come back to the library it is impossible. One has to close the app and then again access it.

The app is not working at all with IOS 11.3 version. None of the Vc’s are opening after updating to IOS 11.3. Pls fix the issue ASAP!
Need improvements.
There was an update last year, post which it became very difficult to read on the app. The options for index, bookmarks, highlights etc disappeared. Now if I need to go to 20 pages ahead, I will need to swipe 20 times to reach that page. Also, if you are reading a book, there is no option to go back to library. Could you please fix these issues. Version 2.5 is still of no help!

Badly designed app
Not being able to read properly. Need to also make the app user friendly. Please hire a designer and fix it. I’m trying to go paperless, but this is making it tough.
