Quickly Stops Theft
I got an immediate notification for a charge on my card that I didn’t make, and I was able to turn it off in seconds

EFCU does a great job since I've been a Treasurer in HS at CHS, with a small loan on a junk car many moons ago and saving my money through this extended D Loan so that I can pay the Bills and also my other facets of life that we all have. Everyone has helped out so much at many branches. I'm very glad I prodigal son came back home to Eglin. It's easier and less stressful than my teenage and young adult years.

Stopped working
This was a great app but it no longer alerts you. This started back in early March.
Another app required
The only way to access this app is by opening the Eglin banking app. Either combine the two apps or make it accessible on its own.
ALWAYS A PROBLEM!
There is Always a Problem with your App! Why? Seems like we shouldn’t Lock our cards anymore! Because when we go to Unlock our card, you re either Down or like now, you have a problem and I can’t unlock my card to make payments! You Keep Updating your App but NOTHING! It’s still Very Unreliable!!

Is still saying that the version needs to be updated but there is no update to the app showing in the App Store. Garbage.

Travel plans
This function and it’s interface makes me not trust this app, and makes me feel that it’s a good idea to not use Eglin cards on trips
card control
Every time i open da app it say download latest version when i already got da latest version. Last time i was on da app i turned my card off so now my card has been off fa da last 3 days🤦🏽🤦🏽
App not working.
Updated the app to a new version and now it won’t work says I have to update to the new version which was done three days ago.
Need help
I try to open card controls and I get a message saying this version is no longer supported. It says to go to the App Store and download the current version. The link takes me to the App Store to the card control app. I delete the old one and install the “new one” and when I open it I get the same no longer supported message. What gives???

Doesn’t work
Literally just installed the app and it tells me it’s out of date and to go to the App Store to get the latest version. So I can’t use it.
Card controls
The new card controls is nice. I like being able to have just a single sign on to access it and view my transactions and make any changes to my alerts for my card.
I love CardControls
I love how there is only one sign on. I just log into my Eglin app & click on CardControls and it brings me straight to CardControls . I don’t have to have 2 separate username and password.

Hard to register a new account
When the app opens, it prompts me to go to my Eglin app to register my account. However, there’s nothing in the Eglin app to register a new account for this app!
