Is this a joke?! Everything you try to do it opens a browser window! What’s the point of the app at this point? It can’t even keep you logged in to your Plus account such that it automatically shows you your bookings and status. Completely useless.
Can’t modify bookings
Slow to load and doesn’t work to modify bookings.. It’s so frustrating, it would be better to not offer the App at all, rather than one that half works… I’ll be choosing other airlines when I can to avoid headaches… Would be wonderful if it worked. I hope you can redo this.
Overrated app!!
Who gave this app more than 2 reviews. It’s so misleading. Should be somewhere closer to ZERO!!

Egypt Air you can do much better than this App, it crashes all the time, not user friendly, unable to save boarding passes to wallet, once the boarding pass uploads the app crashes.

Useless app
The app should remember my account number instead of making me enter it every time I log in. It would also be incredibly useful if it stored my bookings. I currently have two flights booked, but neither appears in the app. Other airline apps automatically save past and future trips so you don't have to manually search for them every time.

Useless
You can buy a flight ticket but it never allows you to access that ticket to make a change. You have to go to the Egyptair office in person to make any changes. This is been happening for more than 6 months.
App needs work
I don’t even waste my time anymore going through the app to make reservations. I get an error message almost every time thinking I’m a BOT- the last time I checked, I’m not.
I even upgraded the app thinking that they had worked out the bugs, but I still haven’t. . If I want to reserve anything, I do it on their main website and that seems to be pretty decent.
It’s probably the worst airline app in the industry, which is a shame because I like Egypt Air and it sure would be more convenient if you didn’t have to go through the website every time.
