Worthless
A new security company took over my site and introduced this worthless app to me and my crew. I constantly get “Out of range” when I try to clock in. I can assure you all that I’ve done nothing wrong on my end, but this app is making me beg to bring back the old fashion punch in clock. I give it one star for at least letting me see my pay for the week.

Always freezing up
This app has been freezing the last 2 weeks and I CANNOT do my job without it constantly freezing!! So frustrating!!!!!!!
Terrible app
I spend at least an hour every week clocking in and out with this app. It doesn’t function as advertised. The location bit is the worst part, I have to clock in and out In the exact same location. 10 ft in any direction make the app not work. Even though I’m on the same WiFi. It constantly doesn’t load up. The servers must be running on 1990s hardware, the app barely works and I have to spend an extra hour every week at work unpaid trying to get this to function.

No alarm when Shift coming have to be one hour early to give me alarm

I can’t log in all of a sudden ,it now says ‘user refuses SSO’ and then boom, no support.

Can’t even type 3 letters before the app crashes to log in
Frustrating
This app has been seriously frustrating. I have to be in a certain place in the building before it will let me punch in or out… and that spot varies from day to day. I am at work early or on time but by the time I am able to punch in I am late. I regularly have to get ahold of my human manager to punch me in for the day because the app won’t load. I’m not even sure why we have this app at this point. I am very disappointed.

Clock IN
So when you clock in, it’ll either say a proximity issue and you’re right in the building are right in front of the building or it will say error after you clock out then you’ll go back and look at it the next day and it hasn’t clocked in/out our clock in and. out it disappears

No alert snd on my iPhone 2 indicate that there is a shift available, is there a reason or solution to my problem

Consistent Crashes
I keep trying to log in with company SSO. It has all my credentials but it keeps crashing every time it tries to log in. I deleted app, reinstalled, did all the steps to log in again and it just keeps crashing. Not super sure what to do now

Always says I’m out of range when trying to clock in
iPhone keyboard
Ehub requires two step authentication and iPhone keyboard blocks me from entering after I am given passcode. Please fix keyboard should never block you from going forward on the app.
