Great when it works
App has a lot of bugs that cause the app to go awry. However when it works, it frees up a lot of time.
Why a title???
This app is horrible what is the whole point of using this if it’s not going to work 99.9 percent of the time
OK at first, but is getting worse
I am a software engineer that has used this application with our company for the last few years. While it has been mostly satisfactory with basic functions needed for us, it has gotten worse over the last few years. From a software engineering standpoint, there are many issues with it that I’m surprised their team hasn’t addressed. Firstly, they have not had any update of substance in the 3 years we’ve been using it. Bug fixes here and there, but no actual feature improvements of any kind, which is odd to me. The second and biggest issue is the server issues they’ve been encountering. In the past year, we’ve experienced 5-6 outages, with three of those being in the last 30 days. This has been a strain on our operations to say the least. A frustrating part of this is the lack of response from Lighthouse, as they never explain what’s causing this issue. As a result, we are switching to a more reliable, modern software with reliable servers and more modern features.

Chews data & handset gets hot.
Useless app that chews up your personal data. It also chews through your battery. The handset will get hot. Only work when the battery is on normal mode. Logging in and out takes a long time. Sometimes tasks listed get automatically done without your input. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.
