Great when it works
App has a lot of bugs that cause the app to go awry. However when it works, it frees up a lot of time.
Why a title???
This app is horrible what is the whole point of using this if it’s not going to work 99.9 percent of the time
OK at first, but is getting worse
I am a software engineer that has used this application with our company for the last few years. While it has been mostly satisfactory with basic functions needed for us, it has gotten worse over the last few years. From a software engineering standpoint, there are many issues with it that I’m surprised their team hasn’t addressed. Firstly, they have not had any update of substance in the 3 years we’ve been using it. Bug fixes here and there, but no actual feature improvements of any kind, which is odd to me. The second and biggest issue is the server issues they’ve been encountering. In the past year, we’ve experienced 5-6 outages, with three of those being in the last 30 days. This has been a strain on our operations to say the least. A frustrating part of this is the lack of response from Lighthouse, as they never explain what’s causing this issue. As a result, we are switching to a more reliable, modern software with reliable servers and more modern features.

Chews data & handset gets hot.
Useless app that chews up your personal data. It also chews through your battery. The handset will get hot. Only work when the battery is on normal mode. Logging in and out takes a long time. Sometimes tasks listed get automatically done without your input. If I could rate it zero stars, I would.

I’m up to date in IOS why is not working.
App not working for me
Since last week this app will not work on my phone. I have Apple 12.5.
Employee are helpful but app needs help
The app is too complicated that you need like a month of training. Too many moving part giving your company more work. You can track employees but its bot 100%. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Daily Activity R1 - location
I am unable to select the proper location under the task Daily Activity R1. Though the option to select the proper location works under Activity Log. I also see the proper location on the main screen of the App.

Rarely works
I regularly am struggling to get the app to actually end shift. Crashes constantly and takes up way too much battery for a background application.
Security Officer
This app is hard on phones. I can’t get it to work properly on a IPhone 8. The pictures will not load.
Do not use
Complete garbage. Crashes randomly for no reason at all. The text box you have to type in is minuscule, I end up typing it all up in notes and then paste it in. Only crashes about 50% of the time doing it that way. Uploading picture crashes it, location accuracy is non-existent. Do not use if you value your sanity

Easiest guard app
I’ve used many guard touring apps and this one is the most modern and easy to use. Allows us to set up any kind of form we need and provides a to do list of services outstanding or due. Great app!
Great workforce solutions!
Ability to go paperless, can send reports daily and automatically to my customers. Also love how I can track employees and work being complete on time! Great application!
Easy to use
I've been very happy with how easy Lighthouse has been to use. There aren't a lot of areas that are confusing and it's been pretty simple to roll out to my team.

Not happy
This app was chewing up data on my phone, making it run extremely hot to the point of not being able to carry it in my pocket as it was burning me and running my battery flat before the end of shift.

Easy to use and speeds up our work
I threw away all my paper forms and now just collect any info I need via Lighthouse. Helps me track my workers and what they’re doing, and then sends reports out to my customers. Really reduces the number of emails I receive since my customers are more informed about what we’re doing for them. Really recommend it for anyone who isn’t one of my competitors 😄.

Effective for management and on field staff
We needed a way of tracking time and location of our on field gardening staff, as well as daily records of work undertaken for client comms and invoicing purposes. Lighthouse has given us this and more. Very knowledgeable support team, fast responses to queries. Highly recommend for small and large businesses needing to keep track of staff activity.
