Fantastic program

Forget others. This is the real deal. If you want thorough teaching broken down into different segments, easy to learn and brilliant for the body, learn from this teacher. I have downloaded more than one of the YMAA apps. They are all fabulous. I am a Qigong teacher and I recommend it to all my students for self practice. This is the original format. Learn it. Be healthy. Find peace. Enjoy.

Excellent Instruction

This is a perfect app to complement Dr. Yang’s book “Simple Qigong.” I found the lectures in the app on each piece of brocade the most helpful. The section with the continuous demonstration of all eight pieces was also quite helpful.

Secondly, they give you 3 free videos and then charge 13.99 for each part after. So unless you wanna pay 100+ bucks to learn the 8 brocade... you might as well find a teacher.

Best qigong

This is the best qigong teaching for beginners by Master Yang. You get the full 8pb standing set, follow along, and also his explanation of how they work. Good deal, the DVD retails for $35.

Excellent App

Excellent stand-alone app or compliment to the book and DVD. Quick access to each movement.

Love it

We have been taking classes for over a month, which are wonderful. But, the Dr Jwing-Ming's explanations of why the movements are done and what the goals of the movements are, are fantastic. Only one part of Qigong exercises, but very important ones. A super app. Just get it.

Perfect for Learning Qigong Exercises

What a great way to learn qigong exercises. These standing exercises are not difficult at all. Easy program to follow for effective exercises with less than 20 minutes a day. Nice!
