Video with subtitles errors because no subtitles
I see subtitles in the video, but Eightify says there are no subtitles and won’t summarize… pretty lame.

I regret paying for an app that provides a transcript but once you leave that page it’s gone. No history. What a shame. Maybe they’ll figure it out but they lost me.
