Very frustrating! Doesn't connect the gateway with my wifi.

The colors and temperatures are great but I mainly got it for the music configuration and it doesn’t work!
Buggy and limited
The app constantly crashes or disconnects from the bulb during use. Don’t bother buying it for its music configuration, you have to have the app open and playing downloaded music and every time you press a song it places a random other one from your phone and won’t let you play any other songs til it finishes, where the pattern repeats.
Even when just messing around with the different colors sometimes it'll stop responding and disconnect entirely, or the app will just crash.
Don’t waste your time or money on this knockoff.

Lights are good, but music option doesn’t work
Bought these lights (12 in total) to take full advantage of the music sync in app option & it turns out that it doesn’t even work. This app needs major update. I spent way too much money on the lights for the app not to work.
Awful
Latest update now makes it impossible to connect the gateway. It was working great with Alexa for a while, now my ilintek lights are all just regular light bulbs and there’s no one I can find to support it.
Doesn’t work now with newest update
What’s the point of updating if the update disables you from being able to use the bulbs that have been working. So stupid, now app won’t even detect my bulbs so they are useless. Thanks for ruining it and pretty much me wasting money!
Good but music won’t play
Overall the app is fairly easy to connect and get the lights to function to its full capability, but the music section has its issues. I got it to work for one song and it was pretty cool but it didn’t let me change it and now it doesn’t play anything at all. Please fix
Improvements underway
The last update to the app fixed a lot of the issues I was experiencing. Glad I didn’t have to return my lights. Good job to the development team. Looking forward to more in the future.
Stuck on refresh, support link is dead
The app freezes in the device refresh. 8 unusable bulbs with broken app. Please fix!!!
Useless
For no rhyme or reason the app stops working. Open app and never moves beyond “refreshing”. Need to delete and reinstall app every time. It’s a shame that they can’t get this fixed.
Worked good then went down hill
This worked great for about two weeks, then all the sudden whenever I launch the app it says ‘refreshing’ and does not work. Very disappointed because it was great when it worked.
Bought for kids rooms
Works great. With or without hub. Ordered remote for kids to use so no phone required. I set up schedules so lights turn on and off at night / morning. So far so good.
