The app just doesn’t enter anymore, I lost the measures I had and I can’t enter the app
Bluetooth App connection failure, makes it an overpriced useless device
Bluetooth symbol shows blinking on device but app continues to say no device found. IPhone has no issues recognizing other Bluetooth devices.
No connection
There is no way to troubleshoot when there’s no connection the instructions say to open the app, open your Bluetooth, make sure it’s on. The Bluetooth symbol on the screen will be flashing. as soon as you pull the tape out, it will auto automatically connect to the app. And the Bluetooth icon will stop blinking. It doesn’t stop blinking. There is no connection you can’t type in your measurements. There’s no way to use this app if the device does not connect. Absolutely garbage.

Not perfect
I like it. It tracks my progress, but the app is formatted too big and doesn’t fit my screen properly, so I can’t see which tab when I’m under “Trend” I’m blindly clicking to see my stat measurements

Horrible app support/service
The product is great but the app support and connectivity is awful. I need this to keep up progress with sweeping reduction and it’s no fun to try and see measurements and track when app isn’t working
Cannot make own account
It won’t load anything or allow me to make an account. It’s guest or nothing. Near useless app. I can at least screenshot my measurements for later. It worked just fine on my Samsung but this iPhone is garbage.
Fix account retrieve and bugs
I can’t access my account and it doesn’t let me reset it. Also, app has bugs, for example showing Chinese in some places and restricting what you can enter or measure
App does not allow account creation
I have just spent the last 30 minutes trying to create an account to use with this application. The password requirements encourage weak password creation. I guess the app could be awesome, but since I am unable to create an account I will never find out.
App is useless
The device works fine, but I was kind of excited about being able to automatically log everything in the app via Bluetooth but the app is so dysfunctional I can’t even log into the account. I can’t even make the account to log into because the app won’t load anything. Really disappointed. The device works as it should as far as I can tell (obviously I can’t report on the Bluetooth connectivity) but I specifically bought it for the app and now I’m really disappointed with my purchase.

No longer working - waste of money
This app is so unreliable. I had all my measurements saved and then they all disappeared when I next logged in!
Now, a few weeks later, the app won’t go past the login page?!
I cannot rely on this app or device to track my progress and neither should anyone else. These app developers were looking for a quick profit and left.

No issue～ Good app for me
Very easy to use. Love the ejeray app. Now I am able to view the readings either move up and or down for my weightloss. Very durable.
No issues with app
I was worried seeing the other reviews, but with their new update it seems those issues are not there. I am able to measure, login and out, and do everything fine.
Data disappeared
Measurements are not saved in the app. Which means as soon as you close it they are gone. So you get no trend data.
Well, needs quite a few tuning
Hey I hope this app plus the smart ruler can get easier to use over time. It's really a good idea to digitalize the measurements into iOS platform. And, your product is the first one so far I found well balanced between affordability, general design, and functionality (at least of now, 09/2022)

Error message: incorrect email format. I tried with my icloud and gmail addresses. None could work.
-- for this reason I could not verify the account auto logout/ sign-in issue as other users mentioned
2) UI design & screen compatibility
The tutorial icons and diagrams are not correctly overlayed/ aligned with the bottom layer. On my screen, I cannot tell which icon/ button the explanations are pointing at, thus no way to find out quickly how and where to tap for that measurement/ record.
But hey! Don't get upset though there are issues to resolve. It's the 1.0.0 version. And I've seen great growth of Yunmai, Withings, Anker, Therabody ... evolving into great products over time- from their rough 1st version.
So, my best wishes. I'll keep the product and do my records by hand for now. But, looking forward to your updates!

No longer works
Was working perfect had all my details saved I went to update my measurements my details was no longer saved every time I try to log in I get The mail format is incorrect and can no longer access anything or even register a new account
App is a fail
Device is great but the app doesn’t save data. Also, logs you out each time you close it and sometimes you have trouble logging back into the app. The measuring device is great. It’s just the app that is horrible
Unable to login to account
As another user stated, after first initial login, unable to login to account again. When I try to do a password reset, it also says failed.
The first use was great, measurements were automatically synced and added to the app, but now the app aspect of the measuring tape are no longer accessible.

Product idea is good, app to track data is useless
I purchased this product as the overall idea Tracking body measurements and recording them via Bluetooth to an app is convenient, and this product was heavily disconnected. The device works but the app is unusable. I set up an account but the first attempt at logging in to record my measurements the app would not allow me to login. Requesting to reset the password was also a failure.
