I attempted to set up an account and was asked for a 16-digit licence number without any indication of where to obtain it. This lack of clarity has likely contributed to the low sales figures. I recommend reviewing your account setup to ensure the basics are correctly configured.

Great idea.:: not!! Trying to use app to connect to WiFi / internet for a connection ..: impossible as need to make account 1st, which is pointless, difficult and stressful when you need to connect to internet to make use of app?!?!

Great App how do you get a login?
This one of the only apps in iOS which enables you to check for interference by channel- brilliant
No register link but only login
Unable use app what a waste of time. Once the app is downloaded it asks for login which you don’t have and there isn’t a register link. How can this company get apple to approve this app without it working ? Who did the User Acceptance Testing at this company need to be fired!

Connects to survey app no problems but not the analyser

Asks you to sign in, obviously you need to sign UPPP first but there is no option to sign up. Look elsewhere this is cr@p

Unless you have an Ekahau subscription username and password at a huge annual cost this app is useless. Why not advise of this in the description rather than let people download a free app only to have to find out after much research this is the case. Should only be made visible from their website rather than the App Store in such cases.

Useless I guess
Installed, it wants an email address and password. Obviously I don’t have one yet. An option to create an account would be helpful. But that’s just my opinion, I’m not a professional app designer like these people are.

App Crashes
Running on an iPad Pro 4th Gen… the software crashes during use. Halfway through a warehouse, and the app locks up, closes itself and loses all your work. Has happened multiple times. Stop recording and save as you go periodically.
