I actually read a lot of reviews on wait time at this clinic and was initially sceptical to book appointment here . But then gave it a shot and it was worth it . Also I booked my appointment on weekday (Friday, that also could be a reason for no wait time ) . The ambience was good, neatly maintained . Nurses were responsive . Explained abt the procedure and it was quick .

Hopeless support team
Samples were collected 4 days ago, and I’m still waiting for the reports. This kind of delay is not just frustrating, it raises serious concerns about how reliable the test results will even be after such a long gap. I need a clear explanation on how the integrity of these samples is maintained over multiple days.
On top of that, the support experience has been extremely disappointing. There was no proper response to my questions, I was left waiting for a long time, and the chat was simply ended without any resolution. That level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as medical testing.
Overall, both the delay in reports and the poor customer support make it very difficult to trust the service.

Stepathon is buggy and not leader board calculation is not transparent. Beware!
I had two bad experiences with skin care stepathon. One was 2023 where in I was not in top 10 despite having same number of steps as others in top 10. I feel their leaderboard logic is not perfect especially when there are people finishing on same number of steps. They gave lame excuse stating network issue at my end causing delays in syncing steps! Come on! We are living in 4G/5G era. I was told people who finish early are ranked up higher in leader board but that was not the case clearly. People who consistently finished after me every day on continuous basis still ranked higher up than me. This concern was never addressed despite multiple email conversations with Ekin care. I stopped wasting my time. I had decided not to participate in any events of ekin care
Cut to today there is another happening at my company. Step limits per day is 25k. There is one candidate who was trailing me by approximately 60k steps has bypassed me yesterday to move to 2nd spot ( He was in 9th spot or so) How is that possible in one day?
There is lack of transparency in leaderboard logic or calculations. It takes significant time and energy to complete 25k steps everyday. Very much disappointed with ekin care 2nd time. Hope you realise this before it’s too late. It’s seriously unfair for hardworking contestants! Good bye ekin care. I won’t participate in any future events

Appointment booking/reschedule issue
The system of booking any appointment 3-4 days prior is not feasible and the worst part is even in emergency situations the special requests are not considered and they don’t prioritise on customer requests, the system should at least make admins to reschedule appointments on additional requests. Rest all works fine but this needs to be fixed asap for customer convenience.

Unsupportive Support; ChatBot like responses; High TAT even after having data; Highly Unreliable
On Saturday, I booked a certain prescribed test via Ekincare for Tuesday (they didn't have slots earlier than Tuesday), and on the final page, I got a message that slots would be confirmed after we get a call from their support team. I had to reach out to them multiple times on Monday (as support is not available on Sunday) for 4 to 5 times to get my slot booked, and then the slot was only booked for Wednesday and not Tuesday because all slots for Tuesday were no longer available.
Took the test on Wednesdays through a third party (Healthians Lab) and contacted Healthians for reports in the afternoon; they responded that it was a B2B request, but they confirmed that reports were prepared and delivered to Ekincare. Now, Ekincare delayed the report because their TAT is 48 hours and they digitise the reports. We had contacted at least four times (on Thursday) for the results because we had a doctor's appointment. It is now Friday (48 hours have gone) and we are still waiting for one report from Ekincare, which they already have, as validated by Healthians labs but they now say that our TAT starts excluding the day day of test and hence wait till day end (Friday) for your test report.
