I’m having a difficult time getting my daily pay and payroll issues resolved. It’s been a week since I’ve been paid and it’s starting to affect my ability to take care of my family. I’m more quick response to this issue would be helpful.

It is so much going on I don’t know where to start!! So confusing and not getting paid for hours worked!! Transferred to several different people that don’t know how to solve a e!! No communication with supervisor in Oklahoma!! Needs serious attention and improvement for the caregivers immediately!!!

Not helpful
I get no information about my actual job. Too much time spent on promoting and not enough training. Support coordinators are not helpful. PCA’s do not do a good job by the clients. Spend more time developing positive PCA’s and provide actual oversight rather than worthless chatter.
No easy to navigate
Navigation is complicated and does not clearly states when the hub e learning is time paid.

The one I left out is because I feel I should make more than $9.00 after all the years I have given to you guys. I love my job. All together I have put almost 19 years. I just spoke with a friend who said we’re told not to discuss pay but we are too embarrassed to do that anyway 😂
Lawsuit
Never was a fair company, who can look into this company head CEO to file complaints!! These people needs to be fired!!! Out of Business!! I’m going to start a lawsuit asap!!
