New version 2026 is awful

The apps is practically worthless now. First, all the perks we had accumulated for redemption were erased with no “rain checks” offered by Elden’s store. They gave no warning that promotions were being eliminated. Second, my husband now cannot use OUR account so that we can combine our household purchases. He can’t even create a new account without the app crashing. Elden’s, be a good steward of Alexandria and show gratitude for customer loyalty. Developer and Elden’s, please work together to help Elden’s foster positive consumer relationships.
