Sorry you were unhappy with your decision to purchase our App. As required by Apple we go to a great deal of effort to show you what the app looks like, explain the features, and what is included and what requires InApp Purchases. All of this information is shown in the AppStore including: 1.) Seventeen (17) actual of screenshots of main app views including invoice entry. 2.) A 3,500 character description of what the app does and what is included a what is optional. 3.) Details and pricing of the InApp Purchases. If you had reviewed this information you would have understood what you were buying. Nevertheless, we are happy to get your a refund. Your statement that you can't use anything is totally false. You can create invoices, schedule appointments, track client payments and history, keep inventory, etc. etc. In fact most of our clients use the base app to run their businesses. The only InApp that may have been necessary for you is Estimates for $3.99. which would have brought your total one-time cost to around $12. This is a one time fee that compares to apps the are $30 per month! The App contains a Support Request function you can ask for help or a refund. You can also send text messages or call on the phone for help 303-408-7732. Not sure why you didn't reach out to us?

Sorry you were disappointed. The description is accurate there are NO monthly fees which is why we charge small one time fees, like $3.99 for a few of the In-Apps. If spending $10 to run your business is too much we can happily refund your one-time purchase price. Eric
