Only works sometimes
This app is no reliable. I need it for my job and I cannot depend on it. I’ve tried for three weeks now to open it and it won’t even load. Junk.

App no longer loads. Not user friendly and worked inconsistently; when it did work. IPhone 15 Pro Max.

What Happened?
Use this app all the time for hunting and work, now all of a sudden it has completely stopped working…any fix in sight?
Surprised at all the negative reviews
I have been using this app for quite a few years now, and have found it to be an amazingly useful tool. From checking out properties while house hunting, to filling out parcel information for Grant County Health Department applications, I have always found the app to be easy to use. Even if I don’t know the address of the property I am looking for, I can fly over the area on the map and locate it from above, then touch the property on my screen to bring up the listing info. From there, Grant County gives access to a range of helpful property information, including purchase and tax history, property features, etc. I can usually look up a wealth of property info within about a minute. The only reason I am currently giving this review 5 stars is because every time I open it now, it’s taking me to a screen that offers me the option to download the app (even though I’ve had it downloaded for years), and when I click “download”, it takes me to the App Store, which already shows me the app is downloaded, and offers me an “open” button. Not sure why this is happening all of the sudden, but I suspect it’s related to the last iPhone update. However, once I open the app through the App Store, it functions normally. I’m very grateful for this app.

Elavate Parcel stopped working
Hello, I have been using Elevate Parcel for a while now, but today it stopped working. I restarted my device, check my Internet connection by opening other apps then I uninstalled and reinstalled Elevate Parcel, but it still only goes to the page where you are, asked to Select your county. Please advise on what to do. I need a Elevate Parcel for my work. Thank you in advance. Mike.

Latest update removed my county
Both Floyd and Clark County were removed in the latest update without any notice. Hope nobody’s paying for this nonsense.

Have not been able to access anything for six months or more.
Not Accurate
I have to use this for work all the time and it’s really difficult because I’ll type in an address and it will show up as nonexistent then I’ll type in the property owners name and it shows. It’s not accurate and very difficult to use. Ugh.

Problematic functional
A very annoying program. While it mostly functions eventually, it is quite filled with glitches. For example, after paying the subscription, I’ve found it necessary to delete app from phone then download app again and login again just to get phone out of “ freeze” mode. I personally am of the opinion, given the operational challenges of the program, a daily subscription charge of perhaps $.99 may be more appropriate than the current rate of $7.50.

App won’t open
App works great when it opens. I just can’t count on it being there. Not sure why as there is no notification that the app is down for prolonged periods of time

This app is great when it works… which is about 50% of the time.
Laughably Bad App
I have to use this app multiple times a day for work. It performs so poorly and I have to end up uninstalling and reinstalling all the time.
