USD Account Not Recognized by Envato
I recently opened a USD account with Elevate Pay to receive by payout from Envato. However, when I entered the bank details, it couldn’t found the bank provided by Elevate Pay. Upon contacting their support, the worst experience ever! They couldn’t fix my issue. Such a waste of time & a worthless USD back account details that even don’t work on a major platform like Envato.

The experience is great overall. I am getting a 2.5% incentive here in Bangladesh for each withdrawal. A small adjustment I’d suggest is adding the option to send a payment request from within the app. Also, it would be perfect if the debit card were available in my region.
