Fraud Alert

So I haven’t using the NayaPay as much I purchase this for Iphone cloud storage. For year ago and use this cor 1 month only and I don’t buy the iCloud storage again but my NayaPay card is bind with my apple ID and there are multiple failed transection did by apple and transactions are not processed. But now thats situation a year ago and now I ordered a NayaPay virtual card and I pay fee so they cut the failed transection fee. And I ask which bank cut the failed transaction fee. They say to improve platform sustainability to users bla bla bla. What the heck is this going straight forward these type of banking apps are white collar thieves shame on you SadaPay.
