Slow and rude team
The team blames VISA for issues whereas it’s their own team that is slow. The support team is no help either and rude and they are extremely slow responders. They have not been able to resolve the issue of a simple payment reversal well over the standard banking timeline even though the merchant never claimed it

Not being able to receive OTP
I’ve been trying to make an account but I’m not receiving any OTP emails

Previous screen shot option and transaction history has the full details of sender but now its hide so we cant see the account no and other this in history or in SS so please chnage the ss system or do the previous one which is perfect 👍

Account Blocked — No Response from Support
My NayaPay account has been blocked over a small PKR 85 transaction, and I’ve received no update despite submitting all proofs. All my money is stuck, and I can’t access my salary or daily funds. If you need to investigate, at least block the disputed amount — not the whole account. Please resolve this urgently.
