Bugs to fix
I like the app but there are 2 major bugs with it. 1) the app continues to ring the phone even when do not disturb is turned on. 2) Sometimes it plays the default iPhone ringtone instead of the ringtone set in the elevate app. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to when it decides to do this.
Disappointed
This app is not as good as lead to believe. Constant issues with phone quality while driving even if you have full bars. Getting a phone call there is a huge delay getting a notification on your watch so a lot of time you miss calls. When getting a call, the caller id of the number scrolls so slowly that you can see the full number before the call ends. Wish it showed the full number and name static. When making calls the app frequently freezes and you have to force close to try again

Terrible
Everything about this app is terrible. Call quality, user interface, and texting. Texts don’t got through until hours later. Calls sound like you’re in a tunnel when they actually work. If I turn it to cellular, the call is better but then there’s no point in the app, because it comes from/to my Verizon phone number which defeats the purpose of the app.

Not dependable
My mobile and pc used to ring simultaneously but recently the calls don’t ring on mobile and when it does, it just rings once and disconnects. Tried all the troubleshooting to no avail

This doesn’t work in this version of the app as described, access code is #9 to start and stop , there should bee a toggle switch on the screen.

Can’t access call queue to sign in, or out. Now can’t even pick up calls period
Still No way to turn off
No way to turn it off when not in use and constantly fishes for unnecessary data. I use it only when I have to and wish my company would use something else.
Complete Garbage!!
Lost contact info, it won’t show contacts in texts even though they show on the contact list, very hard to hear people & for them to hear you, had to get another number just to be able to use my cellphone when not connected to WiFi.
What good is having a cellphone if you can only use it on WiFi? One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

Great when it works
Great with text messages, but not reliable for phone calls. Audio drops frequently.
Executive Assistant
I receive spam calls every 5 minutes. Everyday. I saw that an update was available and updated the app. It pulled over my personal contact list and immediately my friends started contacting me about spam they received about a loan that was available for my company. Spam! I have to use this for work. Fix the spam!

Stop working when receiving calls
Unfortunately when someone calls the work number the iPhone doesn’t ring anymore. I only get a missed call notification. Please fix!!!

It’s fine, works. Success on this platform depends on the support you receive from wherever you bought it.

This app does crazy ring backs. Sometimes we have a hard time getting our phones to stop ringing, even though we’ve already taken the call.
Elevate itself is very glitchy!
It has a spot to block callers but it doesn’t really block that number. That would be a great feature if it really worked!

Won’t work right
Doesn’t want to load as it hits the Apple payment screen and this is a free app I need for work.

Great App - Poor Call Quality
I love this app and all of the options; however, audio call quality is poor. Looking forward to improvements in this area.
