Stalkers and scammers supported by this mismanaged app
This voip provide providers conversion to the Unite platform has been a disaster for those users like me who previously were very happy with intermediate and its services.
Immediately upon converting to the app, my once robust and reliable secure VIP operating system became a magnet for STALKERS, Robo, collars, and other scammers. The Robo calls roll in starting from 7 o’clock in the morning and continue throughout the business day despite with the provider, not taking even the most basic actions to regulate this misconduct, despite a clear pattern. It’s response to my documented reports I’ve recurrent calls from the same scams is to tell me that I need to not answer my business phone, force callers to push 1 or take other actions to screen the calls. Not only does this violate the responsibility under FCC regulations, it also totally obviates the value of this phone service. If you’re smart, choose another VIP provider. If you’re already like me involved with this provider, don’t go to the Unite app. If you’re having problems like I in so many others are on this platform, report them to fcc.gov and file comments with the FCC at fcc.gov, supporting their proposed regulations that would mandate regimented requirements since INTERMEDIA and many other VIP providers like it don’t responsibly use the flexibility offered to actually provide solution solutions. Instead, they become facilitation platforms for these bad actors. Tell the customer inappropriately that they can’t do anything about it and it’s the customer’s job to suffer this harassment or screen the calls. Intermediate and it’s united app have gone from being a top provider to be what I would characterize among the world‘s worst. Don’t use them.

Callers cannot hear
Ever since the most recent iOS, update, when a call comes in the collar cannot hear me talking. And I cannot hear them talking. Very frustrating. I also can make an outgoing call, but they cannot hear me either. You need to update your app so it works.
App only shows messages, not emails
Not the best
Lots of issues. Static on calls, dropped calls, ringing when already talking. Will be looking for a new provider.
Missing functionality
I need to be able to search the SMS messages in the same manner as on the desktop version. For instance, on desktop I can search for a name or a keyword, and it will bring up the relevant messages, however, in the app it returns nothing.
Secondly, I need to be able to assign a different ringtone for calls in the app. Thank you.
