UI UPGRADES: Complete UI redesign across the application with a modern and improved user experience. Messages screen completely redesigned with a new UI and updated layout for a modern look and improved usability Dashboard screen redesigned to provide a cleaner layout. More screen updated with an improved layout and better organization of options. Contacts screen redesigned to enhance usability and introduced search functionality. Profile screen refreshed with an updated interface and improved structure. Message Details screen redesigned to improve message viewing and new Reply to Service sheet. User Guide Link Updated to new guide. Updated Splash Page Images to images containing new UI. Updated Messages page so the Subject Name only displays as part of the Message preview if Secure Messages is selected. BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS: Fixed several minor bugs to improve stability. Performance improvements and general enhancements for a smoother user experience. Updated Profile page so the Logout button will always be visible and usable even in the event of connection issues or lag. This will allow users to manually log out and back in. Updated More page so the On Call Schedules selection is always visible regardless of which account was selected on the Dashboard. Updated Android layout to accommodate for users who use 3-button navigation.

Doesn’t work

Does not work. Will not let me log in. Never loads. I took advice from other reviews and did what the app responder said to do to no avail. Worthless.

Not loading

At first the app worked well and was super informative and responsive. However, lately the app refuses to load and no update seems to fix this. There is not even an update to address and going to app support link via this just takes you to a nonfunctional webpage. Not sure how this is benefitting anyone at this point

As it appears to be a connection issue we would recommend one of two approaches. The first would be to deleted and download the app. If you have the app stored in the cloud you will need to delete it from the cloud before downloading again. The second may be that you may need to restart your iPhone. With most cellular devices it is recommended that the device is restarted at least once a week to keep it in optimal performance. If you do delete and reinstall the app please ensure that you allow notifications when prompted on the reinstall as to ensure you are notified for all messages.
