Game changer for small office

What a great app!!!! So easy ti use. Alerts you when you have an urgent call. Customer service is easy and helpful. Great company, great app.

Doesn’t work

Does not work. Will not let me log in. Never loads. I took advice from other reviews and did what the app responder said to do to no avail. Worthless.

Not loading

At first the app worked well and was super informative and responsive. However, lately the app refuses to load and no update seems to fix this. There is not even an update to address and going to app support link via this just takes you to a nonfunctional webpage. Not sure how this is benefitting anyone at this point

As it appears to be a connection issue we would recommend one of two approaches. The first would be to deleted and download the app. If you have the app stored in the cloud you will need to delete it from the cloud before downloading again. The second may be that you may need to restart your iPhone. With most cellular devices it is recommended that the device is restarted at least once a week to keep it in optimal performance. If you do delete and reinstall the app please ensure that you allow notifications when prompted on the reinstall as to ensure you are notified for all messages. If you would like to speak one of your team members please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-477-2475.

This is such an easy to use app. It has so much information and you can basically do anything on this app that you can do on the portal. It’s transparent and saves me a lot of time!

Awesome App

This app is so easy to use, so stable, and backed up by a stellar support team. I’ve used other on-call apps for practice before, but this one is head shoulders above anything of experience thus far.
