Not good enough
This app is buggy which is unacceptable for a healthcare setting. We are dealing with patients in need and I can’t hear the alerts, nurses can’t send me messages at times, it crashes all the time. Design-wise the font is hard to read in the messages sometimes. Feels like we’re beta testing it for them. Not helpful for a physician on call.

This is an awful app. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Also it’s currently listed as “5 stars”??? Most of the reviews I see are negative….
Coverage Spotty at Best
Many design flaws. No subject line, unable to see if message read, logs out for various reasons, notifications not consistently notifying.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. It’s like you asked someone who never used a messaging system before to design a secure messaging system but to make it full of bugs and defects.

this app was working fine on my iphone now it doesn’t even let me log in but it works perfectly fine on android
