Not able to go past ID scan step
I believe the app is broken. Not able to go past ID barcode scan step. My DL is not even couple of months of old, so it’s not that the barcode is not readable.
Low Transfer Limit and No Plaid Support
It only allows you to transfer a maximum of $2,500 per day within the app. It also does not support Plaid connections, which is the only way my bank allows me to transfer funds. These issues need to be addressed in order for me to continue using this app. If you need quick access to ALL your cash then this app is not for you. The only good thing is the competitive APY.

This all in one account
This vault, lets you create expenses vaults, then you can set keys to those expense vaults and pay your respective billers from each individual pod. It really helps keep everything separated and truehrkps you stick to your budget. You can choose to direct deposit here or transfer in,. You do not get a debit card so if that is something you need, you can look elsewhere. There adding vault keys I think digital ones in the future, but honestly a bills account shouldn't have one because you shouldn't be spending from it. Probably a scam with fake reviews
I opened an account started to deposit money into it now they’ve restricted my account said they don’t have a time line for release on the account or are they able to stop my transaction from clearing into the account so now I have to do a whole dispute pro with my bank to be safe. I don’t recommend to app to be used

You can’t even get past the id barcode. Just gives a flash button and doesn’t scan nothing. I’ve tried 2 different id’s. Waste of time

Money Held for Review without Explanation
I opened my money about a week ago, and deposited money 3 times.
Since then, I have not been able to log-in. I received an email stating my account was on hold. I emailed and called, but I haven’t received a timeline or reason for the “investigation.” Very sketchy.
Will update if it changes, but I can’t recommend to anyone at this time.

Unable to use it while traveling
I don’t get it why I don’t have access to my own account when I’m traveling ? What if I need it isn’t the idea of the app is all about emergency funding and what ever that is ?

Unable to Sign Up
I was unsuccessful in signing up because the app isn’t functioning well. During the initial stage, you need to verify your government ID. Apparently it needs the barcode from the ID, But the app doesn’t register and scan a barcode as it’s a automated system process. Why you just can’t take a clear picture is beyond me. I had to use a different bank for my high APY needs. Customer Service very slow to respond and resolve.

Great rate - great app!
I’ve been using this app for years and I love it! Not only does it give you a great APY/interest rate that accrues daily, it also is very useful. You can have unlimited “vaults” to separate out your money into bills, different savings goals, etc. Set up recurring savings and ACH and your budget will run by itself! I know exactly where my money is going, so I save every penny I can.

As a citizen of the USA and “residing” in another country, it is amazing to me that this app supposedly is aimed at those only “residing” in the USA?? Makes you wonder WHY?? Right?!

Great Interest, nice UI
Good usability and clear terms. Above-average APY, and I really like the Vault concept. Transfers in and out via Plaid are free and easy.
Servers Down?!?!
tried to Log In and access my emergency fund on vacation only to be greeted with an error message saying “Servers down try again later or contact support” I’ll be moving my money off this app ASAP!
This app is changing the game
It’s just FREE money on your savings with no worry about fees. It’s currently the second best APY which is amazing- but the app itself makes it well worth it. They also listen to feedback really well and are working on some amazing features!

There are too many glitches, and the inability to use it while traveling makes this app unreliable. On top of that, the rates aren’t great—there are much better options available.another useless app from southern Bancorp
