The ELFS app is a data collection tool designed specifically for the Endometriosis Longitudinal Fertility Study (ELFS). The App is designed to collect cyclical menstrual, fertility, and pregnancy data for women with moderate-severe endometriosis. Surveys are sent to study participants at individualized time points to track outcomes relevant to their endometriosis diagnosis. The App also includes a calendar to document pain and fertility data.
