Customer service is terrible and the app is terrible and lacks features previously available and it’s extremely confusing to use

Every couple of years ELGA updates this app with TERRIBLE RESULTS!! The whole point of using an app is the ease of use. Somehow this escaped the designer of this update!! It’s NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!! You literally can’t find anything

The banking experience is very clustered. This new design is so poor it genuinely has made me start to switch over to SoFi just to have a more information rich experience. It takes so many clicks to get anything done. Bring a new revamp or the old app back.

Always down for maintenance
Every time I go to use this app, it’s always down for maintenance. Every day it seems like, multiple times a day. It’s very annoying.

It’d be nice to see the amount of money pending when I pay my rent on the app. So it’s not still available in my account
