The new app is poorly laid out and not user friendly. Also I don’t want to see an elga ad every time I go to another screen.

The application frequently crashes immediately upon startup. While it typically succeeds on the second attempt, this recurring issue remains a significant inconvenience and should be addressed as soon as possible.

Require Plaid, which monitors your data in perpetuity
The roll-out was messy. The app got better and it's okay to use, but MUCH MORE CONVOLUTED than before.
To transfer money to any outside account, you have to authorize Plaid. They do NOT give you the option to add the account even via Plaid through a 2-deposit method. Look at their privacy policy on Plaid. They track every purchase/transaction on every connected account IN PERPETUITY. This also means if your CU or Bank doesn't use Plaid, you cannot add them.
This is on the verge of a deal-breaker for me.
You could turn on the feature in Plaid, but you won't. ElGa, you are doing a disservice to years-loyal customers and supporting a surveillance state where all my transactions are sold to the highest bidder. Boo.

The new app is miserable
The old app took much less clicks to do what you're meant to do, pay bills, navigate loans, etc. As a marketing major, this is a poorly designed app and I wish they would revamp the old one

So confusing
I don’t understand why they had to make such a complex app. The old app was so obvious and easy to use. I feel like I am clicking a million buttons and getting nowhere. I understand changing the design to look more updated but instead it looks overwhelming. Way too many unnecessary tabs.

Change is hard and it took AWHILE for me to actually give the new app a chance but I can say I finally LOVE it and I see why ELGA changed it!

I like elga but I am not a fan of the recent app update. It was more user friendly before.
