App Keeps Crashing
App crashes every time you open it. I’ve deleted it several times and then reinstalled but it still crashes. Surprised that the developers haven’t fixed this because it’s been going on for at least 6 months…

Yeah cool, apparently i have $32 worth of cashback i can use in the app except the app only stays open for less than a second.

Never new they had an app till they sent me a text. Thought great this will be easy. Who am I kidding.
Doesn’t register apple sign in account on an iPhone.
Says I’m not registered. So I register and say my account already exist. So cant register an account but I already have an account ok!

Keeps Crashing on Launch
I use my Apple ID to login with the app and it keeps crashing upon launch.

This app doesn’t even open in my phone and the bug has not been fixed for almost 6 months now. Unable to claim my cash backs.
fix this damn app
tried to use my points in store and barcode wouldn’t show up, after many failed attempts, my cash back points went to being zero

The app is still crushing after update
App just crashes
The latest update did nothing, and the app still just crashes every time I open it. It’s been like this for months, and there is no other option to redeem the rewards I have accrued in my account. Really frustrating, and in store staff can’t suggest any work arounds or options to fix it.

I wasn’t looking for a new app and actually only found it through receiving one of their emails. I was surprised how user friendly it is and comprehensive! Being able to access instant workouts and meal plans whilst travelling has been the support I didn’t know I needed. Would highly recommend 🙏🏽

Not a great app very buggy not enough r&d went into this app. Even if you go to their website very buggy and not well put together .

I found this app easy to use and full of useful info. Most importantly, the app showed me my store credits and rewards to use at Elite Supps.

Game changer!
I was initially hesitant to sign up to yet another fitness app but I am loving this one! It combines the features I use in meal trackers and planners and workout programs meaning I’m able to use in app instead of three. It’s also super handy being able to track and use my credits

‘Converts’ all points to Cashback without considering how people were getting points to redeem Cashback rewards. So now almost 500 points previously which was eligible for $25 Cashback equals less than $10. Thanks for nothing. Last time I shop with this store

App only for weight loss
The app must be designed only for those wanting to lose weight as their goal and not for muscle building.
To access workout plans, it is a requirement to complete profile. However I am unable to complete my profile due to my goal weight being an increase to my current weight: my goal is to gain 10kg of muscle mass. However the app does not allow the goal weight to be more than current weight on profile.
Summary, no profile, no program workouts.

It appears you have selected the wrong settings when setting up your profile. When you entered your current weight and goal weight you also need to select your weekly goal and here it looks like you have set it to lose weight instead of gain weight. For example gain 450g per week. then all is working.
