Bad app
This is just not a good app. Very buggy, very slow and lagged out, and it should have several more features. I’d like a more streamlined way to see individual transactions, a more interactive way to adjust my investments, and full functionality to adjust my plan details and contributions, information about pulling a loan, etc.

Kinda works usually but is very basic.
Drill chief explains it perfectly.
Unreliable App
This needs further deveopment.
Ascensus never gave me issues. This app hasn't able to load for days.
I tried reinstalling and still no success.

Intermittent outage
This app is filled with bugs,
I haven’t been able to open for weeks, it gives me a solid white screen and doesn’t even go to the login screen.
I removed the app and the fat and tried to reinstall with no luck

Extremely basic.
It works for the most part but is very basic. Some things are hard to accomplish so it’s easier to go on the website but that’s not much better. Nothing even close to providers like Fidelity or T Rowe Price app.
