App is slow and buggy

This app runs like it’s on a windows 95 computer with a nasty malware infection. I just wanted to place a few simple bets and it took me an hour because it was so slow. How is it possible to write such horrible code?

Sportsbook is good. App is VERY bad

The only reason I use this Sportsbook is for their “progressive” parlays. It makes watching your parlays unfold much more exciting since you can make crazy parlays and still have a realistic chance of winning. You can also earn free bets.

I don’t like how it says something like “The odds have changed in your selection. Please review.” and then doesn’t show you which line changed. Then only after you submit the wager, does it show you the line change.

My advice to anyone using this sportsbook is to stick the browser version. The app should never have gotten approved to go live.

Sports book app

App crashes constantly. No direct withdrawals to your account so you have to request a check or go to the casino to withdrawl.

Don’t use this garbage book

Not only is the app from 2002, these idiots won’t let you use the $500 freebet on an NFL money line even if it’s under 3:1 odds, as there max bet was $250, unless than odds were -110. Avoid this garbage at all cost.

Laughably Terribly

It is almost like they tried to make the worst Sportsbook. It would be difficult to create a book that is harder to use and harder to withdraw deposit and bet than this one. Don’t waste your time

Terrible

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star if I didn’t have a choice. The app is horrible itself, mind you the customer service too. I ended up having to submit a claim to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back from them.

Minimal upside, poor website, worse withdrawal options

The lines take forever to come out. The UI is no good, and withdrawing money is like navigating a corn maze. Just don't offer enough for headaches.

If they offer you a bonus and you win off that bonus they will cut you off.

Unreliable / Unprofessional SportsBook

I have never left an app review, but this one is warranted. I have tried every SportsBook out there, but this is without a doubt the worst gaming experience I’ve ever had.

I made my first deposit of 100 dollars and received a 100 dollar bonus in my account. After winning with my bonus, I received an email saying that they had accidentally put the bonus in my account and the bonus funds would be taken out of my account. I was annoyed by this, but it was a bonus after all so I let it go. I then won another bet with my leftover funds. I bet the Royals moneyline and they won the game 11-3. Expecting to see the funds in my account, they inexplicably listed this as a push. I then started the process of dealing with customer service and it took over 24 hours to submit my request. This SportsBook is unreliable on all fronts.

Multiple Steps

This app isn’t an all in one spot for sports wagering. It redirects you back to their website every time you want to add funds or withdraw funds, forcing you to sign in multiple times throughout. It is much easier to just go directly through the website.

Terrible app

I deposited $400 shows it was taken from my bank account 1 day later, even after emailing for assistance, money isn’t available in my account. Not impressed.

The app came out just in time!

I’ve been waiting forever for Elite to catch up to the game and offer an app for convenience. In the meanwhile, I started using Draft Kings. Lucky for me, Elite just came out with an app just in time for me to transfer all of my funds into my Draft Kings account!
