Update Needed
App needs to be updated. Ive been using Elitech products for years. I just received their wireless temperature clamps and the app does not allow you to use them for a few things. You should be able to use them with your refrigerant probes to get super heat and sub cooling, but the app does not allow this function. You should also be able to use these probes to do temperature differential functions so you can be able to use it to measure the temperature leaving and entering boilers!!! I love Elitech products but they need to update the app to make their products more efficient and usable.

Very poor app
Don’t buy their tools. They don’t support their apps properly and try to make you pay for use by canceling previously free apps that existed when you purchased their products.
Needs attention badly
The app finds and connects to my manifold but doesn’t display the information to the phone and when I hit record the app crashes.
It does connect to my vacuum pump and control it with no issues that I can find.

Worked as promised
Had no problems with the kit on the tarmac recently working on a plane. Had been in storage for months. Would like to see more hardware supported.
Range
When I connect to the gauges, it connects just fine but once I walk about 10 feet away it disconnects from the app

Using this with vgw-760 pro and half is in English and half in Chinese emailed tech never received anything back how do you change it all to English

Not impressed! Paid for the alarm and recording features. Tapping on recording interval, view historical data or clear historical data just crash the app.
‘Log on’ starts recording ( so it says) and log off stops it and says ‘saved successfully’ but doesn’t seem to save anything.
So basically useless and can’t be used off line.
App needs a lot of work to be stable and useable. Not ready for market as-is.

Should be ZERO as it does not work
It used to work but they broke it in v61 and still have not fixed it. The ipad version still has no menus to get to the data and the iphone version has menus but still no data.
Thus the temperature monitors they sell are effectively useless.

Target Superheat
Add a way to enter outdoor air temp and indoor wet bulb so target superheat can be found for a fixed orifice system

Everything looks good on my phone registration good but will not connect with device using 2.4hrz following instructions yet a no go. I think I will have to return the device

After upgrading to the new Elitech app, my PT-800 does not connect to the new app with bluetooth, the only one that connects is my PT-500…????

Could you please add capability to display battery status for PGW-800 in the Tools app?
Also the Tools app often gets stuck in a fast loop when reading data from PGW-800, and makes lots of files until manually terminating the app. It leaves 100+ partial data files and the only convenient way to remove them is to delete the app then reinstall.
We like your Gauge app much more than Tools, please keep Gauge available!

Garbage
I am able to connect to a PGW-800. Two gauges show up on the screen. Left one is blank, right one reads the pressure upon opening. Tried to set the HP alarm. Save, back to main screen, and the alarm is going off even though I set it well above the current pressure. HP side says OL. Then the app crashes. Totally useless waste of money. Do not buy Elitech products.

Wont connect
EMG-40V won’t connect to app on fone. Fone app is latest, EMG firmware v1.5.
Can’t message direct to developers as does t give option to proceed further as stated app is free and not paid for

Downloaded the new app and still could not connect the high side gauge. Do not recommend. Tech Support takes their time as well. Be warned.
Finally comes this App!
I can use the gauge and pump in one App now!
