Unusable
This App was last updated 3 yrs ago (as of Sep 2024), like other comments here I find it crashes all the time even after a fresh install. The developers aren’t keeping up with iOS update leading to a very unstable app which is highly frustrating!

App crashes and won’t open
These guys seriously need to update the app. Blinks open for a second and then just crashes. Re started phone. Still crashes. No updates, etc.

It has been a few weeks now. The app won’t open up. I changed to a new phone, still the same thing. It closes itself within a second
They do not keep up with app updates
We’ve had this installed for 3 years. The app consistently stops working.
I’ve just tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to try to get it to work (as this has “fixed” the connectivity issues in the past), and the app keeps crashing during the authentication process. Super frustrating.

I thought I was the only one having issues with not being able to open my Elite control app- until I saw the previous query left 1 year ago.
This does not bode well for the future of this app for three reasons that I see:
1) The last update was done three years ago;
2) There has been no transparent response to a legitimate query posted 1 year ago;
3) I have tried communicating through your chat function, with no success.
Should a fairly reputed Apple brand continue hosting an app that does not deliver?
To Apple: you are judged by the friends you keep.

App keeps crashing
Recent update causes crashing on app open. That makes the app useless. Please fix it asap.
Closes when trying to open
App does not work. Will not open.
Cannot open App
For the last month I’ve been unable to use the App as it would open and then when I tried to arm or disarm it would close down. When trying to open again it wouldn’t open.
I since deleted and reinstalled the app with latest version and I can’t get past the MAC address and serial number entry page, it again closes down when pressing the enter button.
I currently have IOS Version 17.3.1

Unable to access from iPhone now
Hi there, could you please tell me how I can get access to our system from my iPhone. When I updated my phone it never transferred over and all details to the alarm were lost, and now we are unable to turn the alarm off before we enter our property.
We love our alarm and it’s so loud that our neighbours always check our property if the alarm is set off but unfortunately we can not access it while we are away.
We were also never given an instruction booklet by our electrician so unable to do this manually.

Slow and unresponsive
Even with a 4G or with-fi connection and fibre connecting alarm panel I find issues arming from the app. I don’t know if it is in the process (exit delay?) of arming or the app just hasn’t recognised I’ve pressed arm. Much the same can can be said for disarming. I generally only use as a last resort to check but don’t feel confident if it is armed when I try arm it.

Date/Time adjustment
Very disappointed to have paid a lot of money for this app , only to find the date is 2005 and time is wrong but there appear to be no updates to remedy this, and no ability to change it on my phone.

App works well but…
The app works well and it’s great that I can arm and disarm from remote location.
It would be great if the app supports smart Home devices such as Google Assistance or IFTTT so that we can control it in a smarter way.

I really love this app and the alarm system, no problems at all.
It would be cool however to have the panic option on the app itself, as this would then double as a personal alarm while your home.. just a thought.

The app and the alarm are the worst I’ve ever had, I have nothing but problems and have done since the day it was installed.
It’s always going off line and needs a hard reset at least every two months, it’s totally unreliable.

Losing labels
Hi, we have the latest app, it seems that we are often losing the labels on the sensors and controls. It is a bit frustrating as you have to remember which control does what function. Is there anything we can do so the labels remain permanent?

Got this alarm solution when we renovated the house. East to control and manage and the app make remote administration a breeze. Arm, disarm or open the garage.
There is an issue whether the App fires an alarm at least 2 x per day. “Panel offline!” The smart panel in the house says “communicating”. Very annoying when the app alarm goes off at 11:30pm at night. A bug?

Unreliable
The Arrow mobile app is completely unreliable, some times it connects and works fine, but most of the time it fails to connect.
I’ve found power cycling the alarm (inc. disconnecting the battery) helps for a month and then it stops responding again!
The alarm installer hasn’t been able find a problem and believes its the mobile app.

Still pathetic!!
New update is no different apart from being more intuitive to use. Still has the same issues as before, very temperamental!!! Worst app and product I have ever used. Total garbage. Over 3 years and they still can’t have a solid working app, appalling!

Great to see an update after sick a long wait, would be really good to see this app supported in the like last of Apple home, Alexa or google home.
