Helped my depression
I’ve been depressed for a long time. People always think I’m lazy, but really, I’m so drained and exhausted all the time because I’m sad. This app has been a miraculous way to get in touch with my values and feel more free from those feelings. Highly recommended.

A ideia é ótima. E a primeira parte da “jornada” tem bons conteúdos. Porém quando você chega no meio do programa o aplicativo simplesmente trava e para de funcionar. Tentei até reinstalar mas na mesma etapa travou. Agora não está nem abrindo mais…

Elixir is like cleaning your glasses or clearing your eyes, stretching up and relaxing, with your shoulders straightened, eyes finally on the path ahead.
Recognize who I’ve been and who I want to be is what this App is helping me to do. It is well paced.
It asks the kind of questions to reflect on and helps a person identify their core values and what a person can do in life to support those values. I just spent only 20 minutes to develop my first steps.
Replace social media with this
I have taken social media apps off my phone. I have replaced them with apps like these. I must say I feel a lot better about myself and more focused on life.
