Hi there, we’re sorry - this is not the experience we intended. Evolve should never interfere with your ability to remove the app, and the feedback prompt should not replace the normal uninstall option. We’re investigating this issue urgently; in the meantime, you can delete the app by pressing and holding its icon, selecting Remove App → Delete App, as Apple describes.

Evolve should not play a sound continuously after a notification, and we take your concerns about privacy, data deletion, and battery usage seriously. We’re investigating this behavior; please contact our support team at info@evolveinc.io with your device model and app version so we can look into it and help with your data request. You can also check Settings → Battery to see Evolve’s usage while we investigate.

Compassionate, inclusive self-care
One area that I’d love to see improved is around notifications. I’ve been getting a lot of them and they often come in at odd hours, like overnight. It’d be great to have options for time of day and types of notifications (to help adjust the volume).
Overall, though, it’s a really special app that can make a big impact.
