undisclosed AI use + unable to delete app
this app doesn’t allow you to delete it from your phone once you’ve downloaded it. instead of “delete” it says “Removing app? please tell us why before you delete”. Once that option is selected, it opens the app with no further direction. even deleting your account does not allow you to delete the app from your phone.

I hate this app. It was nice before but now im realizing its gathering all of your personal information. you can’t delete it and a nature sound goes on every time it sends you a notification, which means every time it sends you a notification your phone is running until you look at it. like I’ll leave my phone at the house to go somewhere and when I come back after like an hour or two, I’ll hear the nature sound and it’s usually been running for 1 to 2 hours. this isn’t fun, this isn’t relieving, but it gathers your personal information and keeps your phone running for hours, so when you actually get back to your phone, you don’t really get much time with it because the battery will run out every time you go to it. I wanna give this one star but then people won’t see it. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Saw the “ai partner” and instantly deleted
I have adhd and I downloaded this thinking it would help. I assumed it probably used ai, but I didn’t wanna just ignore it incase it didn’t. As I was answering the beginning questions, I read the card that said it uses ai. Immediately deleted. Ai is destroying our environments and homes. Get rid of the slop and your app might actually be good.

It feels like a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ people. I appreciate how customizable the experience is. I can focus on things like drinking water and mindfulness.
One area that I’d love to see improved is around notifications. I’ve been getting a lot of them and they often come in at odd hours, like overnight. It’d be great to have options for time of day and types of notifications (to help adjust the volume).
Overall, though, it’s a really special app that can make a big impact.

Cannot log in to cancel subscription
I downloaded to check out a free trial. I closed my account within the app, but didn’t unsubscribe from within my Apple subscriptions page and I still got charged. I cannot log back in after closing my account, and I want my $50 refunded.

Great app, keeps crashing
So I got in and got my routine all put in and now when I go to do anything in the app it crashes. So it works great until it doesn’t. I have tried force stopping, I have tried redownloading, I have tried turning my phone on and off. It hasn’t even been 24 hours of usage for me yet. Sometimes when I get in I can hit complete on a task. I also found that some journal entries don’t save. Needs a patch devs!

I had to temporarily delete, but when I went to redownload?
When I went to redownload it, it didn’t matter which email I used or how I tried to sign in, it didn’t let me. Hopefully I just forgot I deleted the account or something?😅
Exceptional
I struggle with neurodivergence and anxiety and this app is like a Godsend for my mental health and overall wellbeing. I would recommend it to everyone that has trouble sleeping, trouble with following through with chores.

I was sound asleep when I started hearing birds’ noses coming from my phone. Mind you, I didn’t have this app open on any of my tabs, so I have no idea how this could have happened.
Love it but audios dont always work
Love the idea of the app with the daily sessions and training but unfortunately most of the audio sessions don’t play and had no response when contacting the company

Love the app but can’t sign in to my account. I have tried deleting the app so I can reinstall it and it will not let me delete it. I have tried getting a link to reset my password and it isn’t emailing me a link to do that. I want to log in, reset my password or just delete the app altogether.

Great options for soft gentle reminders. You can create your routine and has some good journaling suggestions. Highly recommended for ADHD.

Doesn’t work with Apple Sign In
Stuck at the first screen. It offer Google, Email and Apple login. Apple login does Face ID and then shows the same screen. Can’t get any further. Disappointing.
