Very glitchy, doesn’t always submit the permit when it said that it did. Can’t see a permit that someone else enters for you. Some days it doesn’t work at all. Very annoying app to use.
Not well designed
This is a critical app for access to site this was not well thought out
-in order to add people to your permit individuals must be looked up via email, instead of first name or last name
- permits must be sent to a person rather then a position which makes it impossible as individuals are often on vacation or being covered for by their charge hand. Since most positions are rotating shifts you might as well roll a dice to figure out who to signing your permit.
- permits can’t be updated to add additional people.

Broken. Garbage. Waste of time.
For an app as important as this one would think it would be functional but it is so glitchy and full of bugs that it doesn’t work half the time. Ridiculous.
