Rarely works!
Works maybe 20% of the time. Very frustrating especially when we are out of town and can’t disarm the system remotely to let someone in. Don’t install this app and find a better solution.
App is garbage
I rarely write reviews and this app is worthy of a negative review. Bare minimum functions and they can’t even get that right. Wheel keeps turning and goes off line. So far has Costed me hundreds of dollars fixing my system but to find out the app is always the problem. Supposed to be a premium system but it’s not it’s a garbage app. Makes no sense. It’s not a premium system.

Works 10% of a time
Most of the time this app doesn’t work. Everything time you arm or disarm the system it just spins the wheels and not doing anything. Very frustrating considering that Elk is supposed to be a premium security system.
Doesn’t work well
App craps out most of the time when you try to use it while away. Not reliable.
Needs to offer more information.
No details of alarm history
No Zone information to verify ready to arm.
No user assignment to know who armed or disarmed.
No way to bypass a troubled zone remotely.
System will arm with doors and windows open giving a false sense of SECURITY that system is armed but front door may be wide open.
This app is 20% what it should be.
