Hot garbage
Trash app. Sends you down one way streets all the time . Has your route go through woods with no street . App is clunky and the gps is hot garbage . it’s free and i feel like i paid too much for this app.
Navigation is horrible & needs updated!
Causes missed turns, delayed prompts, can cause accident! Horrible horrible app !
Decent app overall
I love the concept of this app however, drivers should be able to export manifest from the previous day. Because of this, I probably won’t get paid for my route yesterday smh.

Stalk and harass
The app causes my phone to over heat and people be stalking me and waiting for while delivering as if they already know and it’s the weirdest thing ever been a part of, seeing what happened to that ups driver and my app after all these off complaining is the only one with Spanish and English and no one knows what’s the problem even the creator of the app. This is scary crazy out here.

Problems and bugs
Always this app has bugs. If you create a route and you scam a new package for the route this create problem with the name of every stop. This is just one of the problems that exists in the app. This app use a lot of energy and we have to charge faster the app while we are using it.
This app is TERRIBLE
If I could give this review negative stars then I would. The fact that you can’t scan packages upside down, the amount of times I have to restart it and kill the app every single day is ridiculous. $25 a week for this app is crazy. I should be paid for the headache this app brings every single day.
Routing
The routing on this is bad, has the driver go back and forth a lot. Also, the app will disconnect Bluetooth constantly. I use an iPhone

hi i want to know when you guys will send the new update because the map and the route get crazy for example you go to any number of street and when you are there tou tap the blue point and is show you a diffrent number and that happend after the last update
Ontrac scanner
Please bring new update. We need to be able to hit a stop and navigate. it crashes a lot PLEASE bring new UPDATE.
Scammer company
This apps is for a scammer company call Ontrac or Lasership. For work with them you have to pay 40$ every week, also they pay you less than 1.70$ per package, also they call you a independent contractor but you have to work for them 6 days a week mandatory. Independent contractor don’t have to work like that. We are independent contractor.

It needs another update! It’s super glitchy and it doesn’t give you the correct address upon arrival of delivery.
Bad app
This morning I updated the app and doesn’t want to update the stops. Doesn’t came out the brand of the package.
I hate this app
I must use this app for work but it’s terrible at navigation…it tells you too early or too late about arrival. It spins in circles like it doesn’t know where it’s going. It would be nice to be able to zoom in on the camera. When someone comes to take packages off you….it should also come off your route!! This app needs massive improvements and I HATE that I HAVE to deal with this for work!!

Navigation
To the creator of this app. As far as taking snapshots of the delivery that part is OK but needs some tweaking, but as far as the navigation? It’s the worst navigational app I’ve ever experience by far!
It wouldn’t be so bad if the interface would allow IMAPs work with the navigation ! I loose so much time when I baby sit it, I always make sure it doesn’t direct me the wrong way and take me the long way around when you can do a simple u-turn ? Then it will direct you to a short cut when the road doesn’t even connect among all other problems it has.
