“Disk is full”

App won’t even work on my phone. When I open it, it tries to download it’s data but then says “There is not enough free space on disk. This download requires 1813 MB.”

I have > 20 GB of free space. I’m not going to start deleting my stuff because this app thinks that 10x the amount of storage it needs is insufficient. So I guess I’ll delete this app instead.

Lexicomp and Micromedex on the other hand work like a charm. (They even look like they were designed to work with your phone!) So I would recommend using one of their apps instead of wasting your time with this one.

Thank you for Updating The User Interface

Dear Clin Pharm Staff,

Thank you for updating the user interface for modern iPhones. Those black bars on the top and bottom of the screen every time I opened the app have been driving me crazy for years

You’ll be much better off with a competitor

Consistently a pile of garbage. Routinely logs off for no reason. The simplest of tasks for a dynamic database driven app, the update is a crapshoot that often fails. If you’re relying on this tool, look somewhere else.

Awful

Won’t download clinical information despite there being enough room for the app on the phone. Still doesn’t fit updated screens.

Worst Rx app

Clinical pharmacology is the worst app to use on your phone for quick reference. Mine hasn't updated content since February 2020. Updates say download failed. I tried reinstalling the app and now I can't even download the database so it's useless.

Pretty crappy app design and will not update

Too bad because content is very good, but I feel like it was designed by an idiot.
Same pathetic layout as the main clinical key website. They need to go back to the prior design for both website and this app.

Worst of the worst

1. App constantly logs you out, CONSTANTLY
2. App/clin pharm ppl make logging in with institutional accounts nearly impossible.
3. Worst app because I can never use it when I need to.
4. Seriously this app is completely useless save your time on it

Better recommendations include lexicomp, uptodate, micromedex, even Epocrates is better than this bull. As a matter of fact; the package insert is more reliable and handy than this garbage useless app. Drugs.com is better, at least I get onto drugs.com. Dailymed is better than this garbage. Honestly go to dailymed and download all the package inserts on your phone or computer and search them, even this method is more reliable and astronomically less frustrating than trying to use this absolute piece of trash app that never seems to let me log in or use it or when I finally get logged in it logs me out like the very next day. Honestly, ask your neighbor friend or roommate about the info you need, even this method is better than trying to use this trash.
Anything, literally any other resource is superior to this garbage.

Poorly designed

Updating is tiresome, often have to reinstall to even get going. Poor design choices jumping between sections and lacking many features of clinical key

Content update does not work

Have to redownload 2+ GB and reinstall the app each time. Terrible. Also not optimized for iPad! 👎

Find a better drug app

This app worked great until the latest update, which exceeded the 64GB iPhone X. I really liked this app too, but there’s better out there.

Better information than Lexi, but archaic app

They do themselves no favor by not shelling out the bucks to make a better application. It’s kinda inexcusable that after nearly 2 years it still doesn’t fit the new iPhones. Everything else is awesome.

Great app horrible UI and software updates

Is this already comparable with iOS 12?

Buggy

There is a bug that prevents you from updating content. The app will not allow you to search anything until the content is updated, therefore this app is rendered useless until this is fixed. I rely on this app a lot and may have to contact my institution before we decide to renew our subscription if this isn’t corrected. It has been quite a while since this app has worked properly.

Hahahaha

I downloaded Clinical Key for them to tell me to download another app (this one) and couldn't log in even though I could log in fine on my computer. And then the toll free number is out of service. What a mess.

Disappointed

The app repeatedly asks me to update the content even after I comply with the request and update.... it's basically useless until someone fixes the bug

Love the app/site but won't work!

Amazing information and references, use daily on the wards. However app won't load, stuck on download page. Please fix!

Fix for new IOS

Used to be top 3 app for me, not working now on iPhone 7. Maybe needs update or something but soon as I am able to log in and use again will switch to a 5 star rating

New content download

Downloading updated content stuck at "almost done"

Can't see anything

Unable to load any pages, the app is useless.

ios 10 issues

No clinical data available. No information
