Disappointed
The app malfunctions frequently, doesn’t load, gives an error message now that the app is always promoting to upgrade. Glitches to motivate upgrades is unethical.

It was so easy just pick a birthday card press send to email on my iPad
Now you have complete changed it for the worse I now have to send it to some clip board and use Gmail and you talk about a computer
I have not got the app on my computer it’s on my iPad.
So now I can’t use it so will have to delete it it’s usless

Perfect for Personalizing App
This app is fantastic! The ability to copy backgrounds to the clipboard and easily paste them into Gmail is a game-changer. There are so many beautiful handwriting fonts to choose from, and the animated themes are absolutely awesome. Highly recommend for anyone looking to personalize their emails!

Oct 2023. Is there something wrong with this app? I like this app but for some time now it won’t load and says it doesn’t connect to the server?

Failure
Could prepare an email but could not email it. The two bodices failed. Need to use an external email app. Neither choices do not work on either app.

Doesn’t work!
Tried multiple times! Halfway through while typing my message, app just shuts down sending me back to my home page. Sad it didn’t work!
Not great, but not bad
I didn’t see any real choices for an app for email backgrounds and actually wonder why that is. I thought I would try this free one first to see what it is like. It does have some decent choices for background designs but I could find no way to change the text to italics, etc. even though it says you can do that. So that is annoying, but the rest of the app works okay.

Beautiful backgrounds
I really love this app. I was sad to see so many bad reviews on it. Some people complained that you have to type in save and hen leave and then go back in. Lots of back and forth. I did not have this issue. I wrote my short emails straight from the program, and I love that it saves the ones I want to reuse as templates. Other emails that require a lot more time to complete I usually write in a word processed and then copy and paste into the program. The program sends your message onto a background of your choice and will push it to your mail provider for you to be sure it looks the way you want and to send the email. I have not tried the paid version. I might want to though. This was the only email background app I could find and it has always served its purpose for me.

Nice idea..wish it worked..
Worked fine without issues for one week then stopped. It won’t open. Continued buffering (spinning circle of doom). I gave up trying to get it to work...too frustrating.

I wish I could give this a zero star rating. I have been trying for hours to make this work. I used this app for the last two Christmases for our Pollyanna emails. It was always hard to use, but this year? Impossible!!! I get the letter set up on my chosen background, but it will not send to my email and if I send to their server to send, it never gets sent. I wonder if
iOS 11 is not compatible... BUT YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!
The shame of it is that there seem to be no other apps available that are like this. Hard to believe!

Love It
I have been using this app for a couple of years. I use it for thank you's, birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas cards and just to say hello! So many choices that sometimes it's hard to pick one! I like being able to change the color of the text and also the style of the print although I would love to see more options there. I usually get compliments on the cards I send and really love using this app.

Just really really poor xecution. Gr8 idea, but either NEEDS 2 b upd8ed or re-written. Good selection of different styles. The specific issue is when I touch "text style" it does NOTHING xcept "warning! You must select & highlight text then select text style". I did that. Same warning. Over & over. Zero stars 4 not fixing this issue!! 😬

Yup.....spend an hour adding text to a wedding invite and then load text......of course the app crashed!!

Back button suddenly stopped working
This has been one of my favorite apps for a couple of years now and suddenly it no longer works. Whenever I need the back button it freezes. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it (losing all my saved data by the way) and it still freezes when I need the back button. HELP. Please fix.

Have used this app for approx 18 months. The backgrounds have just got better & better, my friends all remark on them as they turn a basic e-mail into something special. Thank you so much. Kind regards
