Waste of money if you have an Apple email 😡
I bought this app in good faith. A one year subscription. Only after paying did I find out that it does not support Apple Mail email addresses. My email box is as full as it ever was and I’ve wasted a year’s subscription. Not happy. No response at all to several emails to ‘support’. Be warned!!!!

The only one that works
I’ve tried at least 10 different email cleanup tools, and none of them have done anything close to what this does within an hour. It has scanned through over 50,000 emails and categorize them so it took me less than 20 minutes to delete all the clutter and the spam and unsubscribe. Actually magic.

Seamless and Instant!
I’ve tried “organizing & cleaning” apps that attempt to get rid of emails or photos but this app was the most easiest thing I’ve used and I just got ride of all of the subscriptions I didn’t want to be connected to AND it can delete all the emails from it. Two in one job! So worth it.
Not all emails supported
How you can’t support yahoo emails yet is beyond me. My yahoo is my oldest account that needs a service like this but you don’t support it so this cleaner is useless to me. Weird you support outlook but not yahoo.
I have 10k plus emails and it only analyzed around 2500 and refuses to go back further
Not helpful to clean out inbox
Waste of Money
The smart selection tool to automate the process of cleaning the inbox does not work. Do not pay for this useless app. None of the promised features have worked and my inbox is still a mess, my bank account is lighter from a subscription that doesn’t work.
Get control of unnecessary emails
This tool is great! I have the paid version though. I was sick of so many emails in my inbox (25K). This is helping me clean out my inbox. The app assembles the emails, you click on a group of emails to unsubscribe, then you have the option to delete the respective emails. Ugh, I’m not signing up for anything with this email ever again, after I use this app to clean up my inbox.

Not working
I have been using the app for a couple weeks. I’ve “unsubscribed” to many emails and those senders keep showing up in my inbox. The app was a waste of my money.
Unacceptable terrible communication
I signed up for a year subscription in March to find out that they won’t even take Yahoo Mail as one of the emails. When I had reached out to the support email they couldn’t locate my account. When I reached out to them to search under a different email I received no response. It’s been over a month of no response. Unprofessional. I don’t even use the app because they won’t take my main email. I signed up with my junk email for the account.

Would be a great app if it didn’t charge a whole year up front or have such a low level of assistance for free version.
Will delete emails that you may want to keep
I have a lot of important emails and this app deleted them even though I never specified such. I want my money back.

Not worth it
Just unsubscribes you, doesn’t actually delete all the emails that have built up. Not much of a time saver.
Costs money to make progress
Only gives you 5 unsubscribes and able to delete 5k messages or you have to pay for there monthly membership to do anything else properly
Don’t download unless ur willing to pay $40
You only can unsubscribe from five emails no more than that after that they’re gonna try to get you to pay that subscription fee in order to unsubscribe from emails

The limitations it on the “free” version made user want to find alternative with a fully functional free version setup instead.

Emails Cleaned, Data Secured
I didn’t realize that all of the competitors to inbox zapper are free because they sell your data. I don’t mind paying the small subscription knowing that 1. My data is secure and 2. It’s super user friendly.
Good App
The app does exactly what it advertises. It would be nice to have a feature where free users can unsubscribe from 5 lists per week/month instead of being capped at 5 free unsubscribes total
