Why my check is not delivered
Why my check is not delivered and I pay for one month I have do two check and non of it delivered what is happened
What’s wrong with this app
Every time I login to my account and get to the write a check page it freezes and doesn’t allow me to do anything.Is there anyway to fix this
Signup issue
I tried to signup but the app keeps cuttting out and closing itself , I tried countless times same thing , fix this issue
No support at all
I have been calling and opened a ticket because the recipients have not received the check and it’s impossible to get help, very frustrating
I even did a check for myself to test it and see if they were doing some thing wrong or not looking into the spams folders, I don’t know what to do anymore, I had higher expectations on this app, disappointed

Email won’t drop at the recipients
After completing the task, and you sent out the slip, it was working fine previously until recently last month when the app will only charge you and refused to send the check still even after payment. Kindly look into that asap

Useless App
So I registered with the app, added my personal account and tried to print out the Check. So I paid for a day subscription. After I wrote the check I tried sending it to my recipient email, but till now the email hasn’t arrived, I called multiple times no one is answering, I even sent an email no one responded, I open a ticket no response as well. I had to go to the post office to ship another check again . Waste of money, waste of time, incompetent staff and all together a waste of my hard earned money. Don’t try if you don’t want to regret it.

Hi, sorry but we answer all emails and service tickets within 24 hours. I believe your review is unjustified. Irrespective of what you decided to do we would be happy to refund your purchase. We stand by our product and service. Please send us an email regarding the charge so we can make a refund. Sometimes people have very strong firewalls and it blocks all emails. That must've been the problem with the person you sent the check to. We would like to look into it.

Best way to send a payment
Thank you for creating this app. We use it to pay all our bills, checks are sent by email and we have proof of delivery we don’t have to deal with late fees or paying several dollars using other payment services. Best app out there. Thanks again for making my life easier

Failed check
I have sent and emailcheck in couples of days now and is yet to deliver it really crazy not knowing how long this will take I sent the checks on the 26th of this month the receiver didn’t get a dime checks at all. I’m not sure if the app is actually working anyway
